Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

new job, apt ?

Will I be able to get a new teaching job in another state if I declare bankruptcy in New York?

Will it be difficult to get an apartment like this?

It is impossible to say for sure. The fact that you will have filed bankruptcy will be one of many factors in deciding whether to hire you or to rent to you.
