Lead Posioning and Bankruptcy
Filed Chapter 11 in 1998. Confirmed in 2001. Recently served with several Lead Poision injury claims dating back to backruptcy. Can the claims we considered as part of the bankruptcy as part of an affirmative defense?

Ask the attorney who handled the Ch. 11 matter for you. Chapter 11 is an utter monstrosity, so there is a lot more information that needs to change hands between you and your attorney before your question can even begin to be answered.
