A bankruptcy stays on your credit report for 10 years and you may file for bankruptcy again after 5 years. However, it is possible to get a bankruptcy off your credit report earlier through 'credit repair'. You are welcome to a consultation at no fee at my offices at 42 West 44th St., NY,NY. Please call for an appointment first. (646) 591-5786
