Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
NY / upstate .... I want to file for bankruptcy. My wife make 30K and I make 70K. In my name alone I have about 70K in credit cards and loans. I have a house 170K and a car at 12K. If we get a legal separation can I file alone without her income ?
