How Partner's Bankruptcy Effects My Home?
My son is on deed to my house and is claiming Chapter 13 Bankruptcy. I have kept all mortgage payments current. Is my house in jeopardy?

The answer to your question depends not on the deed but on the mortgage AND on how the bankruptcy plan is handled.
