In June of 2007 the person who sold me the piano filed for bankruptcy in Pa . Can the piano be re-possessed from me?

Re: re- possession

Depending on the circumstances and the chapter of the bankruptcy code under which your seller filed, it's not likely that the bankruptcy Trustee can take the piano, especially if you purchased it through arm's-length negotiations and not from a close friend or family member, but THE ATTORNEY YOU HIRE will need to see the purchase-and-sale agreement for the piano to be able to answer your question definitely.

Good luck.
