Can a practicing , personal injury attorney file for a personal Bankruptcy?

Yes, filing for Bankruptcy, in and of itself, does not disqualify an attorney from practicing law. The attorney is still subject to all ethical obligations under the filing vis-a-vis client matters, but the filing itself is not an issue.
