Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
property ownership
having recently filed for chapter 7 i was informed by my mother that fourteen years ago when my parents purchased a trailer,because of my fathers failing health i was added to the deed. this was done without my knowledge, my father is now deceased,will my filing jeapodize my mothers home, i do not or ever lived there
