Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

Recall of pre-petition payments

If a company goes bankrupt, or files for Chapter 11, do they have the ability to go back to vendors or suppliers whom they've already made pre-petition payments to, and recall those payments which were made within 90 days of their bankruptcy filing date?? If so, please provide details of this procedure or ruling.

Re: Recall of pre-petition payments

Yes. Only for recent payments of past due bills not payment of current charges. All Chapter 11 questions are complex and should be presented to an attorney in person and not on a general consumer based borad. Please consult an attorney.
