how to respone to bankruptcy notices

If I have filed an proof of claim in bankruptcy against an former employer for wrongful termination and have received

a notice that my former employer has filed an motion to sale the company ,the court asks for objections, how would I find out wheather or not the sale would affect my proof of claim and how to respone to the motion.

While you have a first priority claim (wages), it is in the nature of a lawsuit which is speculative.

You must first determine if your claim (lawsuit) attaches to him personally or to the company. If it runs with the company, then you must make a further filing. If not, then you are ok.
