Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
What rights do I have with creditors?
I am going to begin the process of bankruptcy, online. However since I am not using an attorney I am having a hard time with my creditors. While in the process do they have the right to put a freeze on my banking accounts? Can I ask them to stop calling?
