if your supplier and creditor goes 11 or 7
do i have to pay them or can i bargin it down? i'm a straight c corp

This is an easy question: you have leverage in the form of making a claim on the bankruptcy estate, otherwise your debt (what you owe the supplier) will be assigned to another creditor and you will be asked to pay in full.
