Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York

treatment of claims unimpaired, impaired

I was collecting disability payments from my employer since 1999. The employer was acquired in part by another firm. My disability payments stopped since my employer was self insured. My employer filed chapter 11 and is now trying to reorganize. I filed a proof of claim with the bankruptcy court. I received, by request, copies of Amended Liquidating plan of Reorganization of emlloyer and a Disclosure Statement Relating to amended Liquidating joint plan of Reorganization of employer. In the second document is a summary of treatment of claims listing payments etc. I cannot find in the document where I fit into what catagory of payment I will receive. Is there a magic way of finding out? I've called the attorneys office who sent me the documents but my call has so far gone unanswered. Any help will be appreciated.
