Can they take my vehicle or home?

I am considering filing for bankruptcy. I owe about 50,000. I am currently buying a home..I make payments to the owner monthly for 500 plus I pay all the taxes. The land that the home is on is owned by NYS Canal Corp and is leased for 500.00 a year. Will that be exempt? It's only a 1983 or 89 mobile home, I don't think it's worth that much. I own a 97 GMC 4x4 which book value is 3500, however, it is rusted in places and the paint is bad, also has mechanical defects, will they take that into considertion that it's not really worth the 3500? I have one child, in daycare and I receive SS for him because his father died. Is that exempt? What about my tax return? I got back almost 5000 but spent most of it on car repairs and clothing for me and my son. I don't keep receipts, my mistake, I should have.
