Legal Question in Bankruptcy in New York
Vehicle loss
If space is rented to park a vehicle and the business renting the space is closed for bankruptcy, judgment or government seizure, could I loose the vehicle even though I have no other tie to the business except to rent space? Lets assume the rent is always paid on time.
