Legal Question in Business Law in New York
2,5 months ago I accepted an assignment from a customer. Clause 10 of the (signed agreement) states: "In case of termination, prior to the expiry date of this agreement, by CLIENT, CLIENT will pay BFC a fee of 50% (Fifty Percent) of the success Fee as per the proposal based on the desired investment sum".
The company has now been placed in liquidation. Am I entitled to my fee?
