account garnish
i owne a appliance repair service one of my customers a-lawyer- took me to small cklaims court no problem with that he is entitled.only problem he somehow got the answer way before the court clerk did they did not even mailed the answers i had to go to court to find out they could not figure out how he already new and garnised my buisness account,not to mention i was not given my 30 days to respond and pay him i never jet received the outcome.found out today after going to small claims court.please help me my assete are frozen for no reason did not even get a chance to pay him not to mention all my checkss that i wrote for the buisness will bounce and they will charge me a fortune in fees.thank you kindly davis
