Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Does something like the new AdBlock campaign (To get people to block internet advertisments) count as Business Disruption? To give you an idea what they are doing literally harms almost all content creators and websites as it keeps them from there main source of revenue, ad sales.

I think I would want to understand how it works in more detail before I could advise on whether there are any possible claims. From what I understand, I cannot think of any clear concrete cause of action here. That is, the approach would be very nuanced.
If you would like to discuss further over a free phone consult, feel free to contact me anytime that is convenient.
Kind regards,

While I agree with Frank, as I have limited understanding, I presume it filters incoming Internet content to avoid unsolicited ads. To me, if my interpretation is correct, this is similar to blocking robo-calls and other intrusive solicitations (no disrespect intended) where people can register their phones in the Do Not Call Registry. If I am correct, this would not appear to be business disruption, but a desired by many people way to retain privacy.
