Hello Dear sirs/madams,
Would affiliates that you pay a commission or resellers who receive a commission be tax deductible?

This is a question better answered by an accountant, I am not an accountant. Generally, a commission paid by you/your company is a business expense and should be listed on your tax returns as such. In general, you do not pay taxes on business expenses. There are limitations, exceptions, etc. and I recommend strongly that you refer this question to a competant Account.
