Legal Question in Business Law in New York
apparently there is a warrant from commissioner of taxation and finance for $1300 for unfiled taxes to a corp that we opened 3 years ago but never got off the ground (thus why no taxes were ever filed there was no activity). it says they will seize property etc... i opened the corp as president does that mean that the judgement is against me or solely the corp.
