Automobile mechanic wants payment
my mechanic was attempting to repair a powersteering pump on my car. put pump back on my car but forgot to put the nut on the pulley.later that night the pulley fell off wrecking the pump. he subsequently had to buy me a new pump and install it free of charge.now he wants the labor charge for the initial work he did on the old pump.i also had no vehicle for 5 days while he waited for the new pump.

I wouldn't pay and I doubt any Judge
will order you to either.
