Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Babysitting company

Hi there. I'm looking to launch an online babysitting company.

This would involved charging parents a membership fee to use

the sitters I am offering, and then have my sitters babysit in the

parents home. I'm not sure what liscenses/permits I need, or if I

need to be an LLC or anything. I'm a complete newbie, so any

information would be so appreciated!
