Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Bad Debtors

I am a building products company with several bad debtors as it is the case in our industry. Can I legally post on our web site the names of the companies and owners, officers etc...... stating that they are bad debtors, etc....... since this is a fact and not propaganda.

Please advise as i feel this could be a great help in our industry.

You should sue the debtors if you have sufficient evidence to prove the debts.

I would be hestitant....a defamation suit might follow.
