Legal Question in Business Law in New York
We are BPO located in India. We partnered with a company located in New York for generating consumer leads for the verticals auto insurance and home improvement. The payment terms according to the agreement were bi-weekly it's been a month i haven't yet got paid neither they are replying to my mails or calls. Please help what to do in such a situation

Well, if you are owed money and you're not getting paid, you could engage a lawyer to collect for you. The lawyer's compensation can be an hourly fee, a percentage of the recovery, or blend of the two. I would need to see the agreement to advise you appropriately. In the worst case, you can sue.
