Business Law -Can damages be recovered?
Jerome, Sheila, Gary and Ella agreed to purchase a tract of land and make it into a playground for the neighed children. They called the enterprise Meadowbrook playground. One of the play ground swings was improperly hung by Jerome and gray and a child was injured. A suit was brought against Meadowbrook playground. Can damages be recovered?
