Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I know almost nothing about business law, im just in high school. But I work online a lot and plan on trying to start an online business as a server provider which will have servers running out of multiple states renting out servers for website use and game servers. What is legally required for this. Do i need some sort of business license, and do i still need to do something with tax's? Also what are the rules on employees and there payments if it is an online business does it still meet the same requirements for minimal wage? Does this change if the employees work from outside the united states?

If you are over 18 years of age then you should see an attorney about forming a business entity.
