my business partner was deported
my partner was deported.he had on immigration warrant from different state,he cross the border through mexico.i didnt know this when we open the restaurant.now he is suing me to dissolve the corporation and for the profits.he gave the power of attorney to a friend in the states.can he do this .

the short answer is yes, illegals are allowed to bring cases to court and to sue in NY, if there is a corporation then this would be the proper form for him to attempt to dissolve it...
I would suggest you getting n attorney to assist you with this, or you may end up losing more than you should... make sure you protect your rights, and yourself to the best of your abilities...
