How can I buy out the llc that I am an officer of? Are there gov. forms that need to be filled out? What steps should be taken?

If you don't have an operating agreement, you and the other members are subject to the statutory provisions. My firm focuses on Internet, media and entertainment law; so I do advise on acquisitions and sales of businesses.
