Caps and bolded jurisdiction clauses
Why are choice of law clauses in caps and bolded? Is that a requirement?

Contractual clauses are put in bold caps to set them apart and draw the parties' attention to them. In some instances - as with disclaimed warranties - applicable law often requires that the language we in style and manner set apart from the more run-of-the-mill language.
