Legal Question in Business Law in New York
I was using Central Parking in NYC which had a promotion for $300 month. The promotion expired at the end of October. In mid October I have received invoice for November for the price of $300 which I payed in full. The new invoice for December show the new charge of $450 plus an adjustment of $150 for the month of Nov. I was told that this is an error on their side. They did not want to keep my business and would rather get the $150 than the $450/m from me as customer. Do I have to pay these $150 providing that my business for November is complete, do they have right to charge me back ?

I can give you a long winded explanation. However, based on your question and not knowing any other particulars, I would have to write that the parking garage is not entitled to the additional $150.
