Change in board of members
I originally incorporated my company with 3 friends. 1 of my friends is no longer with the company, but is shown as the president. What do I need to do to amend this on my corporate documents?

Re: Change in board of members
Announce and hold a shareholders' meeting to vote for a new slate of officers, then file the change(s) with the NYS Dept. of State (they'll charge you somewhere around $60 to register the change).
