Legal Question in Business Law in New York
My Cleaner destroyed 20 shirts...
I gave my Cleaner 26 Shirts to Clean... 20 shirts came back with huge dark stains on them. Most of the shirts were very expensive. Emergeldo Zegna, DeLisi (St. Regis Hotel Bought), Ralph Lauren & Banana Republic... He refuses to pay for the shirts he destroyed. Is he fully responsible for these shirts?
