Legal Question in Business Law in New York
If I'm a commission salesperson and leave a company am I entitled to the commission on jobs I sold before I left the company?

Yes, presumably you would be unless you agreed otherwise. If you think about it logically, this is almost always going to be the case because if your job is to sell and you do so up until your last day in most cases you will not have been paid out for the most recent sales.
