Legal Question in Business Law in New York
What can I do if a company blackballs and harasses me
I worked for a nonprofit company which I sued and then ended up dropping the case. Since then I have had to work in the same field and the company has tried to get me fired by several methods. The company is supposed to provide services for children and there are lots of advantages that the children recieve from the program. The company has harrashed me, sent emails to my students parents, and have punished my students by removing them from programs just because I am their coach. Is their anything I can do to stop this harrasment and blackballing?

If in fact it is blackballing and provable, you can obtain an injunction, and damages, if you suffered any. I would be happy to discuss this with you, but I need more information.
