Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Company not honoring advertised discount
A large company online is not offering an advertised discount that is still up on their website. They say that it ended two days ago and their ''saving grace'' is that coupon says ''can change without notice''. Is this legal?

They did say it could change without notice...now why would you be surprised it if did? Unless it is a bait and switch, there is nothing apparantly wrong with this.
