Who do I contact in NYto help me write the bylaws for a small corporation? Also if an officer of the company has resigned, what is the process for removing his name from the corporation's documents and accounts?

Writing the bylaws isn't a big deal, but should be done in a timely fashion. Feel free to get in touch.
The process to remove someone who has resigned is to draft a corporate resolution appointing a replacement and removing his authority, and to take a certified copy of same to the appropriate bank(s).

Any transactional lawyer can do the bylaws. On the removal, is it voluntary? If so, a quick set of corporate minutes should do the trick. Feel free to contact me.
