Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Which contract to use??
My computer business needs a contract for my clients to sign. This contract should prohibit my clients from hiring/consulting my employees without my prior consent via a service contract. Which would satisfy my needs? Thank you.

Re: Which contract to use??
First of all, to do this properly, you should discuss it, with myself or another attorney. A little talk goes a long way to filling out the picture. Computer forms are templates that are only as good as the general need they were meant to fulfill.
In your situation particularly relevant concerns are whether you can reasonably expect consumers to agree to such an agreement, and then enforce it if they don't. It might make more sense to have your employees sign non-competition agreements.
But the degree and extent of the restrictive limitation will usually govern its enforcability; in other words, size of area, and range of services, plus period of time.
