a man patents a new product, he entered the written agreement to sell the patent to someone else orally, someone told me the patent is bogus. Will the parole evidence rule prevent me from introducing evidence in this case?

That rule won't stop you from proving the patent is bogus. You wrote "entered the written agreement to sell ...orally"; that doesn't make sense.
