Legal Question in Business Law in New York
contract being modified without the consent of the other party
the changes made in the contract has not been informed the other party of the contract and it has been signed so i require a case law to defend the other party who has signed the contract in goodfaith

This may amount to fraud. If this fact can be proved, in my opinion, no case law would be required.
