contracts and minors
if a minor's parents co-sign a contract, is it legally binding ? what if minor is in breach -- does one sue the parents?

When parents co-sign for a minor, they assume all responsibility of the minor under the contract. If he defaults, they can be responsible.

Generally, if there are co-signators, they are also "on the hook".
