It seems from your requests that you are either running an internet site or dealing with internet sites, possibly a software company.

We represent a number of Web Sites and Software Companies.

Depending on the Agreement, draftng of the Agreements themselves can run from $250 for a real simple agreement to $2500 and more for complex agreements. Negotiation with the other party is a separate charge and is based on how much time that takes at $250 per hour.

Depending upon the complexity and length of time required (which might or might not include some negotiations with your end-users), you could anticipate simple contracts running between $150 to $250 or so. If you are looking for a standard contract that could be used for multiple customers, it might be worth some extra time to draft a comprehensive document that you would pay for once, but be able to use on a regular basis. This might run more than the above quote, but over time the extra cost would result in overall savings. Call me (973-377-3313) so we can discuss this in more detail, and a better quote can be given.
