You are responsible for all four walls and appurtanences within your cooperative apt. I am assuming you own the coop apt. You will have to hire someone to fix any problems inside the apt. unless it emanates from the outside of your four walls in to the common areas inclusive of the facade of the building. Furthermore, your offering plan controls who bears responsibility for your cold draft from outside.
