Re: Copyright,Trademark or Patent Violation?

The answer depends upon the license agreement when you purchased the product. If there were no restrictions on your use, and the pictures have been sold to the product developer by the persons taking them, or have become part of the public domain, you are probably free to use them for any permitted purpose under the license. The license agreement should be reviewed by a trademark attorney

Re: Copyright,Trademark or Patent Violation?

Off hand, I cannot answer that, as there is insufficicnet information.

But... most clip art sold is in the public domain. This means that no one has any rights to it, or else they would not be using it.

Practically speaking, as you purchased it, you generally have the right to use it.

Good Luck.
