There are many other purveyors of legal forms available besides legalzoom on the Internet and in bookstores. For exmple, you could check out LawGuru's Legal Forms link on the left side of the LawGuru website

and "Find Legal Forms" link under it and the LawGuruBookstore link further down.

What you could do is simply write the title of your form, e.g., "letter of intent" or "letter of agreement" ot quitclaim deed in the SEARCH potion of your browser or as a GOOGLE search and check out the results.

Hopwever, after downloading any such form you may want to have an attorney check it and make any changes necessary to customize it to ensure that it fits your specific needs.
