Corporate signs
we were a powersports dealer for 10 years we have since parted ways, a new dealer went in up the road and is bugging the corporation to make us take our signs down (they are of the corporation name). can they legally makes us do that, we bought and paid for those signs plus we paid to put them up.

Assuming that you were a franchise dealer, then at one time you had the right to use the company name, look and dress. If you have ceased your relationship, you generally loose those rights and would be using the sign without authorization. In that instance they will likely be successful in requiring you to remove the sign. You may also be required to rebrand your store.
