daniel is the owner of a chain of shoe stores. he hires Matt to be the manager of his new store. Daniel by a written contract agreed to pay Matt a monthly salary of 20% of the stores profit. Without Daniel"s knowledge, Matt represents himself to Baker as Daniels partner showing Baker the agreement to share profits. Baker extends credit to mAtt. Matt defaults. discuss whther Baker can hold Daniel liable as a partner
