Legal Question in Business Law in New York
a Delta Airlines employee was very disrespectful and rude to me yesterday at the JFK airport in New York.May I sue that Company?

That is unfortunate. It is also bad business for Delta Airlines. However, I do not think you have a proper cause of action based on a rude employee.
Instead, I would write a letter and, in the future, not use the airline.

The other attorney is right on point. Don't think about suing the airline; think instead of contacting customer service and lodging a complaint. Airlines are very sensitive to these kind of issues and will likely work something out with you. They want to keep your business, especially in these economic times.
