I want my deposit back
I wanted to buy a business for $80.000.00. I gave the last owner $40.000.00 in 5 checks to him. The rest i supposed to give him after the contract would be sighned, which wasn't sighned till today and provided just $40.000.00 for the business. This business is dead and i don't want to get it. One of the checks was cashed out by last owner for $10.000.00. The rest of checks i blocked. He want's to keep his deposit. How can i get all of my money back? It never been any papers sighned...
