dissolving a corporation
can one partner in a corp dissolve the corp when no partnership papers have been drawn ? just two names on the corporation

Your question is not clear, there is a major difference between a partnership and a corporation.
In a corporation the board must agree for dissolution.

You would need to have your incorporation papers reviewed. If no shares were distributed, then the incorporator(s) would need to dissolve the corporation. a corporation and a partnership are two different things. If a partnership agreement is written and provides for a method of dissolution, the partners must comply.
As to a corporation, it has sharholders and officers. Setting it up and dissolving it requires filing of paperwork with the Secretary of State. So does dissolution.
