Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Employee Confidentiality Breach
We had an employee that worked her for a short amount of time. He did sign a confidentiality agreement that states that he would not disclose any information which is previously known to the employeeor that is obtained during his employment. We have now found out that he is now working for a competitor of ours and has given them our pricing. Do we have any legal recourse?

Re: Employee Confidentiality Breach
Yes, depending on the language in the confidentiality agreement. You should start with an attorney's cease and desist letter.
